Sinopsis:
|
A short film depicting a visitor’s encounter with a particular place - La Tourette, a Dominican monastery located on a sloping vale, opening onto a forest. The film is titled after a book by Le Corbusier (the ‘crow-like one’), who designed the concrete Modernist building according to his Modular system. Through both amplified sound and silence, structural form, primary colours, and an interface with nature and bird song, the film illustrates a curious journey punctuated by moments of suspense and reverie. |
